How It Works
Water passes through the SS304 stainless steel chamber, where it is exposed to ultraviolet light generated by multiple UV lamps enclosed within quartz sleeves. The UV energy disrupts the DNA of microorganisms, preventing their ability to reproduce, without adding chemicals or altering the water’s taste or composition. Pretreatment is recommended to reduce suspended solids and improve UV transmission efficiency. The accumulated timer and UV monitor (where equipped) support routine maintenance scheduling.
